This is a delicious looking fake cupcake,inspired by sweet, tart and refreshing lemon meringue pie!
Starts off with lemon cake, then some yummy lemon custard is added on top then it is topped off with toasted meringue and a piece of lemon! YUM!!

Each cupcake is lovingly handmade, NO plaster of paris! Very lightweight and life like - you will wish you could take a bite!
Wonderful for the waistline and your teeth, especially around the holidays! ~and they won't attract unwanted critters either!
