This is a set of Three Fake Linzer Tart Sandwich Jelly Cream cookies done in vanilla cookie and yellow lemon "flavor."
They are each lovingly handmade, one at a time. Each one is 2 cookies sandwiched together with lemon yellow colored jelly in between, after that they are topped off with a beautiful dusting of sugar.
